Aura Of Sound!

I was becoming acutely aware of 'sound detail' a kind of Aura of sound, another dimension I had previously not recognised... Anyway, I noticed that when I focused on ‘where I was' I could hear a release of tension and actually the sound of Ah... And then whenever I focused on 'something else' or ‘outside myself' that sound would change to a different vibration... Great experience:)
Another hightened prception I had recently was of hearing the sound 'Ah' whenever I rested my attention on 'here' (Where I am) and then a different sound, like a slight tension whenever I projected my awareness 'out there'... I was just sitting at my laptop and journaling and it simply began and I was like, WOW, thats cool:)

When I saw this blog, so what I've been reading lately…I was glad. I knew I met a kindred spirit.
Here is an artist that writes similarly. He sings here in Honolulu..blessed with his spirit.
